Here's a little utility I threw together, since I was sick of manually
summarizing a list of 50 routes.  Just run ./netsum and give it a
filename or pipe content to it.  Here's a sample input:

10.3.0.0/24
10.3.1.0/24
10.100.2.0/24
10.99.1.0/32
10.99.1.1/32

netsum will generate the following outout:

10.3.0.0/23
10.99.1.0/31
10.100.2.0/24

Cool, huh?  We'll see about that.
